We want you to love what you ordered. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or not functioning properly, you’re fully covered.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide a clear photo or short video showing the issue

  • Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund

You won’t be required to return damaged items.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item, color, size, or your order is missing something:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the item received and the packaging

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund once confirmed


Orders That Haven’t Arrived

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe:

  • U.S. orders: 45 days

  • International orders: 60 days

Reach out to us and we’ll investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll resend it or refund you.


Delivered Orders

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, we may request confirmation from the carrier before proceeding.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:
